   The series of EPMM motors have a low speed, high torque capability. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy they are used extensively in the mobile, agriculture and industrial equipment
markets.
   These units provide high output torque from a very small package. The motors are available in displacements from 8,2 cm³ /rev. to 50 cm³ /rev.
   The EPMM motors are fixed displacement, gerotor type units that are known for compactness and economy.
   All EPMM motors have built-in check valves assuring pressure on the shaft seal never exceeds pressure levels seen
in the return line.

   The series of EPM motors have a low speed, high torque capability. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy they are used where the power up to 11 kW is needed.
   These units provide high output torque from relatively small packages. The motors are available in displacement from 25,0 cm³ /rev. to 623,6 cm³ /rev. with speeds up to 1120 RPM.
   The EPM motors are fixed displacement, gerotor type units that are known for compactness and economy.

   The series of EPRM motors have a low speed, high torque capability. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy they are used extensively in the mobile, agriculture and industrial equipment markets.
   These units provide high output torque from relatively small packages. The motors are available in displacements from 51,5 cm³ /rev. to 397 cm³ /rev. with speeds up to 1000 RPM.
   The EPRM motors are fixed displacement, geroler type units that are known for dependability and performance.

   The gear set of the EPMS motor is comprised of rotor, stator and rollers. Apart of increasing the motor performance and efficiency, the rollers reduce the friction and therefore increase the life of the motor.
   To further improve the performance of the motors and reduce the power loss, M+S Hydraulic integrates a disc vale into the motor. Moreover, the output shaft is mounted into a tapered roller bearing, which allows for the motors to withstand very high radial and axial loads.
   Based on its expertise in the production of hydraulic motors M+S Hydraulic has developed additional designs for specific applications; the "W" design - for applications where is necessary to have direct drive such as in the "off highway" equipment, and the "B" design - for applications with reverse brakes.

   Acuating the brake level, the brake shaft is turned. The restangular shape of the inner part of this shaft forces the brake pads to be pressed against the brake drum. This brakes the wheel or the winch drum. Releasing the level, the spings pull it and the brake pads back to the initial position. The motor output shaft is released.
   Minimum angle adjustment is 10 . It can be adjusted by dismanting the level.
   Depending on the application You can choose the acuating direction of the brake level.
   The rod connection acuating the brake should be capable of moving at last 25 mm from
neutral to extreme position.






             
EPMT SERIES

The new and more powerful EPMT series hydraulic motors have working displacements from 160 to 725 cm³ /rev. and deliver 40 kW of power. Some of the main characteristics of this type motors is that they have constant working displacement and achieve high torque at low speed.
The EPMT motor puts hydraulic power into work which is expressed in the direct relation between flow rate and speed, and pressure and torque.
The main part of the EPMT motor is the gear set comprised of; rotor with 8 teeth, stator with 9 teeth and rollers. Apart of increasing the motor performance and efficiency, the rollers reduce the friction and therefore increase the life of the motor.
The “know how” and expertise in the production of hydraulic motors has allowed M+S Hydraulic to achieve 129 (47) daNm torque at 210 bar pressure and 172 (625) rev. at 125 l/min flow rate. In addition, by mounting the output shaft into a tapered roller bearing, the EPMT series motors can withstand very high radial and axial loads.
The “W” design was developed specifically for applications where is necessary to have direct drive such as in the “off highway” equipment.

Hydrostatic steering unit type HKUS... is based on HKU... unit, but it nas built-in relief and check valves on the input line P as well as shock and anticavitation valves on R and L lines. Thus M+S Hydraulic achieves a very compact steering system, avoiding the need of additional hydraulic components in the system.
   Excepting of well known HKU... unit, system 3 and system 4, in HKUS unit there is system 8 which allows increasing of the preassure on output T till 50 bars (725 PSI).

         Type UVM

Torque amplifier
The M+S Hydraulic UVM torque amplifiers amplify the applied torque to the control shaft and thus direct various transport vehicles.
   The amplifier UVM with its simple design consisting of a pump and an amplifier, transforms the applied on the input, hydraulic energy and ensure 40 times higher output torque on its output shaft.
