Standard Racking Systems for Pallets

This type of shelving’s are best used for storage of the goods on pallets. It is ideal for the flexible warehouses. Allows 100% direct access to all articles and on all levels. Height and width of the aisle between shelves may vary depends of the size of the lifter which is used. Construction of this type of shelving may be used in small warehouses as well as large distribution centres. Advantages:
- FIFO principle
- Possibility of extension of the system
- Usage of all types of forklifts
- Extra equipment includes metal wire nets, protectors and panels

Oneshelving System of Pallets

This system allows storage of heavy loads on high levels. Space for each level occupies one pallet. Correct storage of the specific types of loads expects unique shelving components. Example-loads like barrels can be stored securely with great savings on floor space. Advantages:
- Easy access
- FIFO principle
- Effective sorting of orders
- Appropriate system for containers

High Racking Systems

Shelving systems from Apex service are designed and put together under the strict international standard for quality ISO 9001 for pallet, shelving and other storage units.
Choice for this system depends on many factors including what type of goods, access, and turnover of the goods. Most important is maximizing storage floor space. Advantages:
- Easy access
- Height up to 13m
- Minimizing usage of the personnel
- Optimum usage of the warehouse space

Single Pallet Racking System

This system is made for loads which are not located on pallets but are storage on shelves. Commonly used in supermarkets factories, border warehouses, archives etc. Advantages:
- Allows different size of goods except heavy loads
- Extra equipment which includes metal wire nets, protectors and panels gives this system durability and longer usage

Drive-in Racking System

This system allows optimal usage of the warehouse space and gives highly effective method for transporting high volume of goods with forklifts which can fit within the shelving system. If you don’t need different types of goods on pallets, this system is ideal for you. Advantages:
- No need for aisles
- Depth storage on different levels
- Ideal for the frequently moved stock
- Usage of FIFO principle
- 2 access points for loading/unloading
- Ideal for storage of seasonal goods
- Used in food/chemical industries and distributing centres

Gravitation Racking System

This system is made for most compact storage solutions with minimal aisle space and without constant overview. Pallets are storage at high levels and are moved through gravitation (speed depends on how heavy are the goods) up to shelves from which are collected. Pallets which are arriving from behind do not have any pressure on pallets which are unpacked. Advantages:
- FIFO principle
- Time saving on movements of pallets
- Aisles are completely free which makes preparation of orders much easier

Mezzanine System

This system of shelving is the ideal for usage in warehouses without need for extension. Advantages:
- Allows optimal usage of the storage space
- Flexible design allows quick assembly and disassembly

Console Racking System

This system has all what is needed for storage of long and heavy loads. You can use it with pipes, columns, wooden beams etc. Advantages:
- Easy in depth assembly
- Regulation of the height without bolts
- System allows next to wall or back to back assembly
- Ideal for both indoor and outdoor. Protected metal construction for outdoor usage.
- Quick and easy assembly and disassembly

Technical Information for The Standard Racking System

Basic Elemets

Quality materials:
- For vertical profiles standard is CT 44&37 as per DIN
- Colour: For vertical frames – is used standard blue colour as per RAL 5010 (all other colours are made as per individual order of the client)
Beam Units:
- Quality materials for “CC” And “CB” profiles is CT 37 as per DIN
Colour:
- For all beam units is used yellow colour-RAL 1007 (Shelving in different colours is made as per individual order of the client)
Painting:
- Painting is made with electrostatic powder in ovens up to 200’c. Core of the shelving units is protected at high temperatures.
